Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bloom Creators, Im Mediapark, 50670 Cologne, Germany, Email: hello@bloom-creators.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB also if the entrepreneur begins execution of the contract after the consumer

• has expressly consented to the entrepreneur beginning execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by their consent with the beginning of execution of the contract.

This consent is expressly obtained in the ordering process. With the beginning of execution — i.e. the preparation of your individual analysis by our expert team — your right of withdrawal expires.
